The Palazzo Rooftop, with its spectacular view of the ocean, the ramparts, and the rooftops of the Medina, has become a must-visit in Essaouira for enjoying the view, lunch, dinner, or a cocktail while admiring the sunset.

The Rooftop restaurant welcomes you for lunch at any time, to refresh yourself with a Frozen Macchiato in the afternoon, or in the evening for dinner or an aperitif (classic and original spritzes with grapefruit or limoncello and XXL sangrias with red or white wine to share) while admiring the sunset.

At the Palazzo, the eclectic menu takes you from one continent to another. Since we're in Essaouira, seafood is the star of the show: octopus salad with fennel, shrimp tempura, and fish of the day. Vegetarians will find what they're looking for: creamed eggplant soup, quinoa trio tabbouleh, and fava bean falafel with herbs. Not to mention traditional Moroccan dishes for a culinary discovery.
