Its Rooftop, with its spectacular view of the ocean, the ramparts, and the rooftops of the medina, has become a must-visit spot in Essaouira for enjoying the view, having lunch, or sipping a cocktail while admiring the sunset.

 

The rooftop restaurant welcomes you from 12pm to 9:30pm for lunch at any time, to refresh yourself with a Frozen Macchiato in the afternoon, or, in the evening for an aperitif (classic and original spritz with grapefruit or limoncello and XXL sangrias with red or white wine to share) while admiring the sunset. Every Sunday, the rooftop welcomes you for its musical brunch and certain Thursdays to discover its Oyster disco: tasting of oysters and wines. Atmosphere guaranteed thanks to our DJs.

 

At Palazzo, the eclectic menu offers you a journey from one continent to another with sesame hummus, Asian beef, British fish and chips or chicken skewers with curry. As we are in Essaouira, seafood is in the spotlight: octopus salad with fennel, salmon poke bowl, fish of the day. Vegetarians will find what they are looking for: roasted eggplant, Lebanese tabbouleh or falafels with herbs. Not forgetting traditional Moroccan dishes for a taste discovery.
